Will You Pray for America? Will You Pray for Revival and Reformation? Will You Pray for Personhood Florida?

A Prayer for Our Nation

Our task is great. The media, the courts, and our government stand against us. To succeed, we must receive God’s supernatural blessing to move the hearts of his people, his pastors, our state, and our nation to end abortion and protect all innocent human life. We need a spirit of repentance! We need revival! We need reformation! And these are birthed in prayer. Will you pray for revival and reformation? Will you pray for our nation? Will you pray for another great awakening? Will you pray for Personhood Florida?

On Personhood and Virtue in 2012

The Webster 1828 definition of Virtue: “ 3. Moral goodness; the practice of moral duties and the abstaining from vice, or a conformity of life and conversation to the moral law. In this sense, virtue may be, and in many instances must be, distinguished from religion. The practice of moral duties merely from motives of convenience, or from compulsion, or from regard to reputation, is virtue, as distinct from religion. The practice of moral duties from sincere love to God and his laws, is virtue and religion. In this sense it is true,

ProLife Personhood Amendment is on the Move in Florida

As our Floridian Founding Fathers said in the preamble of our Constitution,

“We, the people of the State of Florida, being grateful to Almighty God for our constitutional liberty, in order to secure its benefits, …. do ordain and establish this constitution…. All natural persons, female and male alike, are equal before the law and have inalienable rights, among which are the right to enjoy and defend life…”
As Floridians, we want to restore this state to that covenant by ending abortion through a Constitutional Amendment called Personhood. This defines the pre-born, the elderly and the disabled as persons so that their lives are protected by love and by law. We are asking every church, every pastor to petition for personhood on January 22, 2012, the Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. Will you join us and help us get the word out? We have specific strategy and we need Christians to pray.

Could God be saying this to America?

When I tell righteous people that they will live, but then they sin, expecting their past righteousness to save them, then none of their righteous acts will be remembered. I will destroy them for their sins. [“you murder the innocent…” is included in verse 25] And suppose I tell some wicked people that they will surely die, but then they turn from their sins and do what is just and right. For instance, they might give back a debtor’s security, return what they have stolen, and obey my life-giving laws, no longer doing what is evil. If they do this, then they will surely live and not die. None of their past sins will be brought up again, for they have done what is just and right, and they will surely live. “Your people are saying, ‘The Lord isn’t doing what’s right,’ but it is they who are not doing what’s right. For again I say, when righteous people turn away from their righteous behavior and turn to evil, they will die. But if wicked people turn from their wickedness and do what is just and right, they will live. O people of Israel, you are saying, ‘The Lord isn’t doing what’s right.’ But I judge each of you according to your deeds.
